Thank you for your patience concerning the issues with OSM Support Services. We are emailing you to inform you that unfortunately the aquisition of OSM by Kat Media has not proceeded as planned. OSM was hopeful for a positive outcome for all and unfortunately that did not happen. As a result, our phone/ticket support services have become inactive at this time. We currently do not have the staff/skillset to manage phone/support tickets.

We will be sending out an update at the tail end of this coming week concerning next steps.
