Now, you can actually personalize your form response emails within SiteApex in order to save time and have a clearer understanding of your customer’s request(s). 

 

Here Is What You Can Include In Your Personalized Form Response:

  • Contact's Name
  • Order Total
  • All Specified Form Data

You can include any piece of form data you wish. Once the email is created, it will automatically fill in the placeholders with your response data, creating a personalized message for EACH form response. You can even include data from your customized additional fields!

 

The great thing is that you can use this option in any of the Formbuilder Email Subjects or Generated Emails. The most common use for this feature is within the email notification sent to the form owner addresses. 

 

How To Customize The Subject Line

Step One: Simply type in the text and then enter in the placeholder tags that represent the field being added into the subject. Resulting in a subject line, “Email from Jordan”.

TIP! If you click on the blue icon, you can actually view the entire list of placeholders that can be used in the subject or email messages.

 

How To Customize Your Response Message

The subject line is not the only aspect of your form response that can be customized; you can also personalize the entire response message within your automated email! 

 

Example Form Response By Customer:

 

“Thank you for taking my email. I’m very interested in using your services and just have a few questions. How do I get started!?

 

Let’s make that message a little easier to decipher! Jordan said they were located in Toronto and have a goal to complete this by April 24, 2021. 

 

Set Up Your Customized Message Response As Follows:

 

“{{FirstName}} {{LastName}} has sent you the following message:

{{AF:###}}

 

{{FirstName}} said they were located in {{City}} and have a goal to complete this by {{AF:###}}”
