[COMPLETED] As of 9AM March 26th, 2023 we have completed the migration of myhelpportal.com to a new server. We will continue to monitor the system to ensure all parts are operating as expected.

Please be advised that we will be replacing the myhelpportal.com server and migrating it to a new one on March 26, 2023 at 8:00 AM.
This maintenance is to replace the existing server with a brand new server. During this time myhelpportal.com access will be unavailable or have very limited access during the day of March 26th. We are hopeful for a smooth migration but of course are aware that unforeseen challenges can occur.
We will review after completion and monitor throughout the weekend to ensure the upgrade was to our satisfaction and monitor if any issues arise.
