It goes without saying, but our business has experienced some DRASTIC changes during the COVID-19 pandemic. But would you believe us if we said that these changes have been POSITIVE?

We have been able to discover NEW opportunities within the changing workforce landscape and are EMBRACING what’s next with both arms!

So, here it goes...

OSM IS GOING 100% REMOTE!

As of December 1st, 2021, our OSM team will no longer be located at 81 Dundas Street East in Belleville, Ontario.

Actually, we won’t be located at any central location for the foreseeable future. Instead, we’re taking the leap into the world of remote working!

What Does This Mean For Our Team Leaders?

Did you know that we have onboarded 3 new team leaders at OSM  - DURING THE PANDEMIC? And they're doing AMAZING! As is our entire team!

So, we thought, why change it? In fact, why not embrace it and see what happens!

With no immediate plans to relocate our office locally, our team leaders are leaning into remote office opportunities - ie. their homes,  supporting local coffee shops etc.!

Today, our team finds working from home to be:

  • Positive
  • Productive 
  • Life-giving
  • Cost efficient 
  • Time efficient 
  • Family-friendly 
  • Modern 
  • Practical  

They also find it to be healthy in terms of positively reinforcing a healthy work/home-life balance!

What Does This Mean For Our Clients?

Your experience as a client of OSM is also changing and we continue to serve you in a growing capacity moving forward!

Here’s What You Can Expect:

  1. As of December 1, 2021, all meetings will be either remote or online.

  2. Although we continue to service and support our clients day in and day out, our team leaders are embracing more flexible work schedules - meaning some individuals are starting their work days earlier and thus are offline by mid-afternoon.

    Support Team: Our support team will continue to diligently monitor support tickets for emergencies and continue business day-time phone support.

    Marketing/Creative Team: Our marketing team is always here for you! If you are curious about your account manager’s regular working hours, please reach out to them personally in order to clarify the best time(s) to reach them at! However, we promise to respond within 48 business hours.

  1. Cheque payments will be moving to a P.O. box number in the near future (more details to come).

  2. You might hear (or see) our kids and pets pop up on your screen now and again!
